(Contiguous US Only) The U.S. Post Office's deadline for by-Christmas delivery for Priority Mail is the day of December 18th, which means only orders that are entered online via Baabushka's website and shipped via Priority Mail, up to midnight on December 17th, will be included in this policy. Please ensure that any holiday orders are in by this date.

Baabushka offers free shipping by standard ground service on online orders of $99 or more to addresses in the contiguous United States (Our apologies, but this means Hawaii and Alaska are not included in this promotion).

This free shipping offer is not available for expedited, international, or return shipments. In any case other than the one described in the first paragraph, all applicable shipping charges will be applied and passed to the customer.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Our international customers are responsible for any applicable customs and tariffs (please click on and read the following section, What about international customers, for more details).

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Baabushka is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Baabushka to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Baabushka is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should Baabushka mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Baabushka is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

It depends on where you are. The worldwide pandemic has had a surprising impact on order and delivery times. Orders processed here typically take 7-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-24 days. Details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Shop without worry! This holiday season Baabushka offers an extended exchanges and returns period. From November 15th, 2024 to January 15th, 2025, as long the slippers or booties are not worn beyond the initial fitting, you can exchange or return your purchase (please note clearance sales items are still final sale). Please contact us for arrangements.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date you received the merchandise, given the following conditions:

All returned merchandise must be in the same condition you received it in. Repack your item and send it back to us. We recommend shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please email your return’s tracking number to orders@baabushka.com.

No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered on worn products unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that items discounted 25% or more are final sale.

We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive the originally ordered goods. 

For customers outside the contiguous US, please contact us. We will have to address those returns on a case-by-case basis.
