We thank you for your order and hope you enjoy your purchase. Should you need  to refund a product, please refer to our return policy below:

Baabushka Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date you received the merchandise, given the following conditions:

• All Holiday orders can be returned through January 31st!
• All returned merchandise must be in the same condition you received it in. Repack your item and send it back to us. We recommend shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please email your return’s tracking number to orders@baabushka.com.
• No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered on worn products unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Please note that items discounted 25% or more are final sale.
• We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive the originally ordered goods. 

A faster way to exchange is to place a new order while returning the original merchandise. A reimbursement for the new order will be applied once the original item is returned and assessed to be in acceptable condition.
